Return & Refund Policy 

All items sold on vortex are produced in limited quantities in many are offered as pre-sale items.

Return Request

Return request must be submitted within seven days of delivery. All return requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.

Pre sale Items

Items purchased during a pre-sale are made after the pre-sale period ends. Due to limited nature of these items:

Returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference are generally not approved.

Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

 

Approved Returns 

If a return is approved:

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damage or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vortex.collective.co@gmail.com

Please include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing timelines, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control. We will always provide updates when available.
